Our MissionWhat Makes the Arthur Baier Company DifferentFifteen years ago, we set about determining what The Arthur Baier Company could do to add value to our services in this rapidly transforming electronic environment. One of the basic changes was to become more of an “engineering sell” organization. Concentration was placed on OEM and Integrator customers whose products are in the concept, development, or re-design phase of their life cycle. Our professional technically trained team of over 20 years tenure knows our customer base in depth. Today, our top eight problem solving lines averaging over 15 years as partners will affirm we are together for the long haul, hopefully the next 70 years. Our sales effort is directed toward decision makers, ie. management, project engineers, engineering managers, product development people, manufacturing engineering, and procurement. We are experienced in worldwide technical project coordination as well, from concept development to on time delivery of quality products, and every step in-between. Our many years of commodity sales gives us a broad base of experience and knowledge. Our current product effort is centered primarily but not exclusively on sensor, display, human interface, power, interconnect, packaging, and value added engineering and assembly.
